Learn to Wrestle Gr.K-3
This is a beginner class for those who want to learn how to wrestle or for those still new to the sport. Participants will learn the basics of wrestling including a bit of gymnastics, how to fall properly, lots of techniques, and wrestling matches! Participants will be matched by size. No equipment needed.
When: Sundays 11AM – 12PM April 13 – June 15

Greco Roman Wrestling (Gr.1-3)
Greco Roman Wrestling is one of the oldest Olympic disciplines! It is similar to the typical Freestyle Wrestling, but wrestlers are not allowed to touch the legs, only the upper body which results in more throws and a slightly different style. A great opportunity to get some summer training in and learn how to throw! This class will be geared towards those who have already been in our Pups and Learn to Wrestle programs, however anyone can join!
When: Tuesdays 5:30-6:30pm, April 15 – June 24
Greco Roman Wrestling (Gr.4-8)

HIIT Workouts for Young & Old
This class will be a Crossfit-Style workout using body weight and/or light-weight equipment to get a great full body strength and cardiovascular workout. This will be modified to your abilities so you can take it at your own pace. This would be a perfect class for parents or grandparents and kids to come together! These sessions may be inside or outside, weather dependent.

Who: 5-100 years (Younger kids are welcome to come and hang out)
Open Gym
We have lots of fun and fitness equipment available. This hour will include access to our wrestling room with dodgeballs, medballs, a chin-up bar, ropes, climbing peg board, reaction-time lights, and yoga balls.
We will provide a supervisor for safety, but what you do with your time is up to you. Registration is for those 5-100 years old, but you are welcome to bring your extra-little ones with you!

Adult Wrestling
All adults are welcome to join! Whether you are a former Huskie or have never wrestled before, we will do our best to match you up with someone similar in size and skill to you, so you have a great experience. The class will go over basics of wrestling and learn fun techniques, but for those who are skilled and would like to wrestle again, you are more than welcome to just flow!
Family members, including children are welcome to stay, we have a comfy space with drinks and snacks available for purchase.
