HIIT Workouts for Gr. 2-8
This class will be a Crossfit-Style workout using body weight and/or light-weight equipment for short high-intensity intervals to get a great full body strength and cardiovascular workout. These sessions may be inside or outside, weather dependent.
Parents and siblings are welcome to stay in the waiting area upstairs, we have a comfy space with drinks and snacks available for purchase.
HIIT Workouts for Young & Old
This class will be a Crossfit-Style workout using body weight and/or light-weight equipment to get a great full body strength and cardiovascular workout. This will be modified to your abilities so you can take it at your own pace. This would be a perfect class for parents or grandparents and kids to do together! These sessions may be inside or outside, weather dependent.
Parents and siblings are welcome to stay in the waiting area upstairs, we have a comfy space with drinks and snacks available for purchase.
Open Gym for All Ages (Weds)
We have lots of fun and fitness equipment available. This hour will include access to our wrestling room with dodgeballs, medballs, a chin-up bar, ropes, climbing peg board, reaction-time lights, and yoga balls.
We will provide a supervisor for safety, but what you do with your time is up to you. Registration is for those 5-100 years old, but you are welcome to bring your extra-little ones with you! We will find something for them to do.
Friends and family, especially children, are welcome to stay upstairs, we have a comfy space with drinks and snacks available for purchase.
Yoga for All Ages
This yoga class will be suitable for all ages, so this would be a great class for parents and kids to join together to work on flexibility, stability, and breathing.
Younger children are welcome to stay in the waiting room upstairs, we have a comfy space with drinks and snacks available for purchase.
