The Spring offerings for Pups Wrestling run April – June 2026.
Learn to Wrestle and HIIT Workouts are 1x/week for 8 weeks. Greco Roman Wrestling is 2x/week and is a great way to learn to throw!
Spring 2026 Schedule
HIIT Workouts for Everyone
This class will be a Crossfit-Style workout using body weight and/or light-weight equipment to get a great full body strength and cardiovascular workout. This will be modified to your abilities so you can take it at your own pace. This would be a perfect class for parents or grandparents and kids to come together! There is an automatic 25% family discount applied at checkout. Bring your family and friends!
Greco Roman Wrestling (Gr. 3-8)
The Greco Roman Wrestling for Grades 3-8 practices 2x/week from April 14 – June 11. This class is for anyone who would like to learn a different style of Olympic wrestling, which utilizes more throws and slightly different technique than tradition Freestyle Wrestling. This class is open to everyone, including beginner wrestlers and current Pups.
Learn to Wrestle Gr. K-3 (SUNDAY)
This is a great way to try out wrestling with little cost/commitment! Athletes are matched by size and skill in practice with safety as a top priority. The registration fee include eight practices. Please note that there are no competitions with the Learn to Wrestle program. This is a co-ed class.

Pups ELITE
This is an INVITE ONLY class for returning Pups who are consistently top performers in the room and in tournaments. This class will be led by Coach Ken Byers, Mark Edwards, and Brett Finell. If you did not receive the invitation but believe your wrestler qualifies for this class, please reach out.
The registration fee includes 3 practices each week and tournament fees for the entire season.
Booking Request: Wrestling Room Rental
You can rent out the Pups Wrestling space for $70/hr then $1/min for each additional minute. This is unsupervised but will need a responsible adult to be the SWC-approved supervisor of the session(s). To request a booking, please fill out the form linked below.
